All of our signature curtains and home textiles are crafted from 100% premium soft linen. We choose linen for its natural breathability, beautiful texture, elegant drape, and exceptional durability, ensuring a timeless look that softens with every wash.

2. How do I hang TFTF TDCALWY curtains?

Our curtains are designed with ultimate versatility in mind. Each panel features a multi-functional heading tape stitched into the top. This allows you to easily hang them using traditional curtain rods (by sliding the rod through the hidden tabs) or by attaching curtain clips/hooks for a more tailored, pleated look.

3. Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes! As specialists in custom curtains, we understand that standard sizes don’t fit every window. You can customize the length and width of your panels during the ordering process to ensure a perfect, tailored fit for your specific space.

4. Can I use your linen curtains in the bathroom?

Absolutely. While linen is a natural fabric, its breathable and quick-drying properties make it an elegant choice for bathroom windows. To maintain its beauty, we simply recommend ensuring the bathroom is well-ventilated to allow the fabric to dry properly between uses.

5. How should I care for and clean my linen curtains?

To preserve the soft texture and quality of your 100% linen curtains, we recommend dry cleaning or gently hand washing them in cold water with a mild detergent. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle. Lay flat or hang to air dry, and iron while slightly damp on a warm setting if you prefer a crisp look, or leave them as-is to embrace linen’s natural, relaxed wrinkles.

6. Will my linen curtains shrink after washing?

Because our curtains are made from 100% natural linen, minor shrinkage (around 3-5%) can occur during the first wash if exposed to heat. To minimize this, always wash in cold water and air dry. If you plan to machine wash them regularly, we suggest adding an extra inch or two to your custom length order.

7. Do these curtains offer total blackout privacy?

Our unlined 100% soft linen curtains are wonderful for filtering light, creating a bright, airy ambiance while still providing excellent daytime and nighttime privacy. If you require absolute blackout capabilities (for a theater room or deep sleep bedroom), please contact us about adding a blackout lining to your custom order.

8. How do I accurately measure my windows for custom orders?

For width, we generally recommend ordering panels that are 1.5 to 2 times the width of your window or curtain rod to achieve a beautiful, full look when closed. For length, measure from the top of your rod or clip down to your desired endpoint (e.g., hitting the windowsill, floating just above the floor, or pooling slightly on the ground).

9. Can I request fabric swatches before placing a large custom order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering a fabric swatch sample if you are trying to precisely match a specific color palette in your home. This allows you to feel the premium texture of our soft linen and see how the colors look under your home's natural lighting.

10. What is your return policy for custom home textiles?

Because our custom curtains are made-to-order based on your exact measurements, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing or change-of-mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery, and we will gladly make it right.
